Plan My Maui

Privacy

Plan My Maui doesn't have accounts. We don't ask for a credit card. We don't run third-party analytics in this version.

What you type

When you build a plan, your dates, home base, group size, budget, and interests are sent to this site's server. Plans are created automatically by software. Double-check the days before you go. We don't put that form into a database.

If a software service is connected on the server, those same details are sent to it so it can write the days. That service is chosen in server settings, never with a key in the page. If none is connected, the plan is built on the server from local notes and is not sent to another company.

What stays on your device

Save stores the plan in this browser's local storage. Copy link puts the trip details in the URL so someone else can open the same inputs. A shared link rebuilds the plan. It does not include a saved copy of the wording from your phone.

The sunrise reminder

The "get a reminder" box on the Haleakalā card does not store or send the email. Reminder texts are future work. Until that exists, the address is discarded in the browser.

When you leave

Book, Reserve, and Open buttons go to other sites: OpenTable, Resy, Google, Viator, Booking.com, Kayak, Recreation.gov, the National Park Service, and Hawaiʻi State Parks. Their privacy rules apply once you leave. Fonts on this site are self-hosted.

Questions about this page can wait for a contact address. Until one is published, don't send personal details anywhere on this site expecting a reply.
